Pre-Treatment

Repair or Deep Clean

For structural repairs, we pull up affected pavers, correct the base or drainage issue underneath, re-compact, and reset everything properly. For maintenance, we do a thorough pressure wash with spot treatment on stubborn stains, repair any low spots or failed edge restraint, and prepare the surface for new joint sand.

Polymeric Sand and Sealer

Two to three days after the pressure wash, we come back and sweep polymeric joint sand into all the paver joints. This sand hardens and locks the joints together, keeping out weeds and debris. Two to three days after the sand, we apply sealer for clients who want maximum protection. We recommend it every time. After that, apply moss-out granulars in the spring and fall and your pavers stay clean for years.
